FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Alloy Holdings Appoints Ryan Powers as Chief Executive Officer Richard Powers to Transition to Chairman of the Board as Part of Planned Leadership Succession PROVIDENCE, RI — October 21, 2026 — Alloy Holdings LLC (“Alloy” or “the Company”), an industrial platform focused on high-performance materials and advanced engineering solutions, today announced the appointment of Ryan Powers as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 19, 2026. He succeeds Richard Powers, who will transition to Chairman of the Board as part of the company’s planned leadership succession. Ryan brings more than 22 years of industrial manufacturing experience, spanning multi-site operations, organizational transformation, corporate development, global supply chain management, precious metals, lean manufacturing, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Ryan joined Alloy Holdings in 2021 as Vice President of Transformation and Integration, leading strategy, corporate development, and enterprise initiatives. He later became Senior Vice President of Operations, responsible for manufacturing, supply chain management, facilities management, and Environmental Health & Safety across the Alloy portfolio. He has also served as General Manager of Lee’s Manufacturing, providing direct P&L and operational leadership. A significant part of Ryan’s work at Alloy has centered on integrating acquisitions and building the operational structure needed to support the company’s continued growth. Shortly after joining Alloy, Ryan helped lead the integration of Checon after its 2021 acquisition. Checon is a key Alloy partner company, serving power distribution, switching, grid infrastructure, and industrial markets through electrical contact materials, fabricated components, and engineered solutions. He also played a key role in the 2023 acquisition and integration of Umicore Electrical Materials USA, expanding Checon’s manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio, scale, and market presence. “Ryan’s leadership has been instrumental in helping Alloy integrate its acquisitions and build a stronger, more cohesive operating platform,” said Richard Powers. “His operational experience, strategic perspective, and ability to bring teams together have made a significant contribution to Alloy’s growth. The Board and I have great confidence in his ability to lead the company into its next phase.” As part of the succession, Richard Powers will transition from Executive Chairman and CEO to Chairman of the Board. In this role, he will remain actively engaged in Alloy’s long-term strategy, governance, capital allocation, key relationships, and future growth opportunities, working closely with Ryan, the Board of Directors, and the executive leadership team. Ryan’s appointment comes as Alloy continues to broaden its capabilities in critical industrial markets—particularly power generation, electrical distribution, advanced materials, and nuclear energy. The company’s recent acquisition of C&A Advanced Materials, formerly Cimini & Associates, marks a significant step in that strategy. C&A brings specialized capabilities in advanced electrical materials and high-performance nuclear reactor control rods for the international nuclear energy industry, complementing Alloy’s existing power and advanced-materials businesses. “I am honored to take on the role of CEO at this important point in Alloy’s growth,” said Ryan Powers. “We have built a strong foundation across the portfolio, and I look forward to working with Richard, our Board, and our teams to strengthen our businesses further, serve our customers, and pursue long-term growth opportunities.” Ryan also brings significant international operating experience. Before joining Alloy Holdings, he managed multi-site initiatives across the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Central and South America, serving businesses in highly regulated consumer, government, defense, and industrial sectors. He previously served as Director of Multi-Site Operations for the Flow Control Group, where he led operational excellence, lean implementation, process improvement, and Sales & Operations Planning. Ryan’s experience in precious metals and precision manufacturing further complements Alloy’s materials expertise. It gives him a broad understanding of the technical, commercial, supply chain, and operational requirements across the company’s industrial and commercial markets.
