As Chief Financial Officer, Marc brings rigor and balance to Alloy Holdings' finance and accounting operations. He is also in charge of the company's overall profit and efficiency strategies and its bank, precious metal lease, and critical inventory finance partnerships.

Before joining Alloy Holdings in 2015, Marc fulfilled numerous executive finance positions at Cookson Precious Metals, from monitoring business performance, budgets, and cashflow, to developing financial models and reporting systems for new acquisition and integration projects.

Marc holds a BS in Accounting from Bryant College and an AS degree from Community College, Rhode Island. When he is not on-site working with his team, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Debbie, and their four children's growing families, in Cumberland, RI.
