As Director of Corporate Facilities, Mike Garcia leads Alloy Holdings' facilities and maintenance teams with the kind of energy and commitment he expects from machine builders, automation technicians and system programmers, facility engineers, and maintenance personnel.  He engages all teams in executing Alloy's business and operational goals.  He can be found in multiple facilities and roles daily: on the production floor, implementing sustainability, environmental, health, and safety programs, and at the corporate level, with continuous improvement in security, logistics, and risk mitigation systems.

Mike is a 30-plus-year veteran of Checon, an Alloy Holdings partner company.  Over the years, he has held various positions, including facility electrician, asset systems manager, and machine relocation and logistics team leader. Mike is known for his upbeat leadership style, recognition of team talents, and keen focus on cost-reduction programs and long-term sustainability solutions.

A proud trade school graduate, Mike holds multiple certifications and accreditations, including an electrical license and hazardous waste and ground shipper certifications.  He loves spending time with his family, playing golf, and saltwater fishing with friends.
